Mediation

With the recent legislation change in under Turkish Law, the claimants who would like to start lawsuits for employment disputes, commercial disputes and disputes related to consumer law are required –in principle- to first initiate mediation process before initiating any lawsuit for such disputes. In that sense, our attorneys who are also registered as official mediators can act as mediator in such disputes in order to satisfy the compulsory mediation process as required by the laws.

Parties are also free to submit their disputes to the optional mediation process even though their disputes are not subject to compulsory mediation process. Our mediators may also act as optional mediator in such disputes which enables our clients to quickly and efficiently settle their disputes without waiting for the long standing trial process in the courts.
