We have experience in all aspects of sale and purchase of vessels and specifically acting as escrow agents in the sale transactions in order to facilitate the sale of vessels. The escrow mechanism provides opportunity to the parties of the sale of vessel to make the price transfers in a more secure way by keeping the payment hold in our accounts as the escrow agent until the completion of all formalities of the sale. We shall proceed to the performance of all the necessary arrangements to hold assets in escrow and disburse them only when the ownership of the vessels is transferred to the buyer at the closing.
